Cellier des Dîmes was elected on of the best restaurant 2016 by Tokyo Calendar and obtained a Bib Gourmand at Guide Michelin 2017 !

Here the Wine menu for the night:
- Domaine Montrose Rosé (côte de thongue): a wonderful freshness with red fruits and citrus fruits aromas
- Domaine Denis & Didier Berthollier (savoie): Very pure expression of old vine Jacquere, with great finesse and freshness.
- Domaine des Soulanes Maury Blanc (Roussillon): A vintage port-like wine made with white grapes in the traditional style of Southern France. Very aromatic, like Muscat wines, but with even more freshness to balance the sweetness.
- Domaine Aigues Belle L'autre Blanc (Pic St Loup): Fat, rich, persistent but fresh chardonnay.
- Chateau La Font Du Loup (Chateauneuf du Pape): A wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape, powerful but smooth with very deep and flavoured from 80 years old vines !
