Delicious ripe dark fruit, leather and pepper notes on the nose & taste. Intense and full-bodied, yet perfectly balanced. Nice tannins, smooth finish.
Grapes are vinified separately. Cold pre-fermentation maceration with daily pumping over. Fermentation in tank with indigenous yeast for 21 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 5 months on lees.
Responsible farming. Gobelet pruning. Hand harvest.
