In case of one of your ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone.

Required charges other than product price

Shipping fees, COD fees and bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer. The delivery charge will be free on purchase over Y15,000

All displayed prices are out of consumption tax.

Application expiration date

If either bank transfer or combin are chosen as the payment method, the payment should be done within 7 days after placing the order. If not, the order will be cancelled.

Return policy /

We do not accept any return nor exchange. So please be careful when you order.

Even using chilled shippment, liquid leakage may occur if the temperature changes too much in a short time. We do not accept any exchanges or returns as there is no problem with the quality of the wine. All of our wines are checked before living the wharehouse

If we made a mistake in the customer's order, we will exchange the wine within 7 days after the customers order arrived at the delivery address.

Within 7 days, we can no longer accept returns or changes.

Return shipping charges

All transportations fees will be at our charge if the mistake came from Cepages Corporation.

Otherwise it’s at the customer’s charge

Defective products

If there is defective bottles, we will exchange it for the same bottle or a similar one according to the stock situation.
Customer will have 7 days to make his demand otherwise we won’t accept any return or change.
