Clos Constantin

Story

In 2009, Pierre Halley, originally from Argelliers, took over the vineyards of his uncle, a cooperator. There, he started to vinify his own wine but could not do so at home. So, in 2015, he joined forces with his friend Samuel Durand, former sommelier at Lavinia. In 2017, the two of them created Clos Constantin and its winery. In fact, the name of the estate is a tribute to Pierre's great-grandfather, whose first name it was.

Today, Clos Constantin comprises 15 hectares. This Languedoc estate is entering its third year of organic conversion, remarkable for such a young estate.
Clos Constantin is based on two parcels, Font-Belette and Champs de Traversiers. The estate produces wines in two appellations: Terrasses du Larzac and AOC Languedoc.
