Tasting notes
This wine is cherry red, in the nose show s arom as of fresh fruit with hints of toasted and cocoa. In the mouth is fresh but at the same time is fleshy with volume and length.
Vinification
After macerating for 2 days, the ferm entation was done in sm all stainless steel deposits, over a period of 6 days at 24º-25º temperature, w ith short and frequent overpum pings.
This w ine has aged for 6 m onths in French barrels.

Bodegas Enrique Mendoza was founded in 1989 during the recovery of 2000 family plants in the Marina Baixia area and today the property extends over 100ha
Their awareness of viticulture led them to cultivate grapes in an ecological way and to control them in a technological way.
