Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Very intense with fruity arom as, spicy and balsamic notes. Great complexity.
Pairing
It is a wine suitable for snacks and accompanying dishes too. Fish, seafood, pastas, rice and white meats. Smoked, soft cheeses and jam on serrano.
Consumption temperature: 6-8 ° C

Harvest: nocturnal mechanized ith destemmed and select table, in the optimum aturation time.

Fermentation: in stainless steel tank, slow and temperature less than 15ºC
Filtration: tangential. Aged on the lees for 6 months

Winery Description
It is in Nava del Rey, in the province of Valladolid, that the Dominio de la Granadilla of 70 ha is located. This family estate, established for generations, is now managed by four brothers and sisters.
Over the generations, they have improved their skills with the aim of offering the best wines of Rueda and are today considered as such.
