Tasting notes
The color is a pretty pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is very intense and with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus fruits, red apple and white flowers (acacia). On the palate, generosity and roundness with persistent aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple) and aromas of lemon sorbet on the finish. This wine offers a nice balance bringing a nice freshness and liveliness to your palate.
Pairing
This wine will go perfectly with grilled trout accompanied by pan-fried fennel braised in olive oil, pasta with a garden of spring vegetables, barbecued shrimp with garlic butter or a risotto with lemon, celery and herbs.
