Tasting notes
Garnet cherry wine of medium intensity. Arom as of red fruits, blackberry, slight hint of humid undergrowth and balsam ic notes. The entrance in mouth is soft, fresh and with a very well integrated acidity. The tannins of the wood, very well assembled, leave us on the palate those fruits that we found in the nose. It has a long finish and that invites to another glass.

Winery Description
Parajes de los Vidrios is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. The combination of the wisdom of Miguel Santiago (5th generation of winegrowers in the region) in the vineyard, the oenological knowledge of Manuel Manzaneque and the commercial experience of Aseuniv, constitutes this great project of creating fine and elegant Madrid wines.
In the cellar, they work with the greatest consideration for the raw material, thus seeking honest wines that reflect their origin and the identity of the terroir.
The vineyard is located between 800 and 920 meters above sea level, with Garnacha and Albillo plants aged 60 to 100 years, and poor soils (sandy and granite) are plowed on horseback.
Ecological and biodynamic viticulture is done with total respect for the environment and natural materials such as sulfur and copper are used.
