Tasting notes
Blanchots is a grand cru, and is in a different league altogether with its intense and mineral notes. It’s floral and lively; not with the casual charm of the Montée de Tonnerre, but with a mineral oompf and push that can accompany even most intense dishes.

Winery Description
The Antoine and Laurent ROBIN family estate works 14 hectares of vines which are made up of three Grands Crus, three Premiers Crus, Chablis and Petit Chablis.
Laurent began in viticulture in 1990 with 70 ares of vines and grew. It was in 2018 that his son Antoine joined him to work on the estate and began to vinify and market their bottles.
