Tasting notes
A white wine with a yellow colour, Saint-Bris Corps de Garde has a pinkish-gold glow. It gives off aromas of old roses, fresh lychees and candied apricots on the nose. On the palate, you will discover greedy sensations of fruits and old roses.

Winery Description
Guilhem Goisot is one of the rising stars of Burgundy.
Along with his father, the highly-respected Jean-Hughes Goisot, Guilhem is crafting some of the best value wines coming out of Burgundy at the moment. With a heavy focus on biodynamic farming, these wines from lesser-known Burgundian appellations are amazing.
In 2014, Guilhem inherited a small parcel of land in Chablis, in Bienes, just north of Chitry. The vines were planted back in 1976 by Guilhem's father-in-law.
He now farms it biodynamically, and produces it traditionally. The fruit is fermented in tank, then aged in old, neutral barrels. The essence of the region preserved beautifully by this young talent.
