Tasting notes
It is a wine that has a lot of freshness, a beautiful minerality of the Causses with fruity aromas between lemon and candied orange, with also slightly apricot and floral notes.

Winery Description
This family estate of 22 hectars was established in 1998 by the impulse of Jean-Pierre ILBERT. Jean-Pierre is now retired but his son, Julien, joined his father in 2003. Now Julien and his wife, Sophie, took over the estate and together they are improving years by years the quality of wines (plots selection, working with a bigger sense of terroir to reflect the impact and the importance of the soil in the wine).
In 2013 they start the transformations to get the Organic Label.
