Tasting notes
The nose is marked by finesse and discreetly honey-lemony notes with a incho acacia, quince and candied argrumes aromas.
The mouth is fresh and light with a beautiful minerality and a clear final.

Winery Description
The Domaine Berthollier, located in Chignin and was founded in 1850. The fith generation, Denis and Didier, joined the family domaine in 1996. They now own 11ha of Jacquere, Bergeron, Altesse and Mondeuse, all farmed organically.
They created new “parcellaires” cuvees in 2013 to better express their various terroirs .
Their white wines are pure and delicate while their reds show a nice crunchy fruit.
