Denis & Didier Berthollier Prospérine 2020
The Coulée de Proserpine comes from a single parcel at the highest point of the locality known as "Les Toises", situated on a narrow, vertical slope on the southern slope of the "La Savoyarde" mountain. Planted on a limestone scree, it is a vigorous vine that produces very ripe grapes. Hence the greedy aspect of this wine, with at the same time and without excess, all the freshness and fruitiness that characterise the bergeron grape.

Tasting notes
On the nose, this wine has a beautiful expression of fruit (dried apricot, almond paste, candied citrus) with spicy and woody notes.
The palate is balanced and harmonious between the generosity of the fruit and the freshness.
Pairing
Aperitif, cheese gougères, river fish such as trout, hard cheeses, Comté, Beaufort d'alpage.
