Winery Description

It all started 40 years ago with the installation of Aline's mother on her great-grandfather vines. At the time, the grapes were dedicated to the cooperative. Little by little, thanks to her courage, her determination and her investment alongside her father-in-law, the plot grew. After 15 years as an oenologist at the Domaine de la Crée in Côte d'Or, in 2018 Aline decided to make her own wine.
Today the estate covers 5 ha and Aline vinifies and sells 1.5 ha of the property.

Aline is directing her winery to produce wines that best represent their terroir and their personality.
In the vineyard, cultivation will evolve towards an increasingly natural agriculture combining environmentally friendly treatments and tillage.
In the cellar, her role is to guide the wines during their ageing, preserving the raw material as much as possible through judicious technical choices.
The characteristic of Montagny wines is their freshness, so she chose a tank-barrel alliance, without using too many new barrels, in order to bring a little fat without "choking" the wine.
