Tasting notes
The vineyard has a long history of more than 80 years, and after 18 months of ageing, there are varietal red fruit aromas, baby powder, chalk, subtle mineral notes and faint woody notes that are characteristic of the Bobal variety throughout the wine. Complex, but like the inspired landscape, it is a unique clay-limestone soil where everything is expressed in perfect balance.

Winery Description
This project arises as a result of the passion for the world of wine of Micaela Rubio and her husband Aurelio García, both oenologists with a great background both in national wineries and in wine projects outside our borders.
One day they decided to create their own project based on working indigenous varieties from cool areas to produce balanced wines, with character, authentic and of great singularity.
The vineyard is in the highest part of the Sierra de Gredos, in the municipalities of Villanueva de Ávilaand Navatalgordo, all located at more than 1,100 meters of altitude
