The variety's fruitiness, com bined w ith Cantabrian breezes, m ake Apatei a fresh, vibrant, fruity and fine w ine. Its arom atic intensity is w ell distributed on the palate, and leaves a pleasant and lasting taste
Pairing
It’s an ideal accom panim ent for gourm et cured sausages, and fresh dishes such as salads, rice, sushi, spicy offerings, and especially for fish, seafood... On hot days, its coolness is alw ays pleasing.

Winery Description
The bodegas was founded in 2014 to promote Txakoli produced by the family… for several generations!
They boast eight hectares of vineyards surrounding the winery building. Grapes are growing on terraced trellises and arbors, all south-facing and on hillsides descending to the mouth the River Oria. Family-owned fields are caressed by the winds coming off the Cantabrian Sea. This enclave was specially chosen for the optimal ripening of their grapes.
