Tasting notes
The color is pale gold with light golden reflections.
The silky nose suggests a lot of freshness mixed with fruity and honey notes.
Excellent balance on the palate with aromas of white-fleshed fruits.
Pairing
This cuvée will be appreciated from aperitif to dessert, such as strawberry-base desserts. Excellent with a plate of clear oysters !
Vinification
Elaborated under Traditional Method, aged on ‘lattes’ in our underground cellars, at a constant and natural temperature of 12°C for a period of 12 months.
This maturation period which follows the bottle fermentation (second fermentation), is one of the essential factors for the quality of this cuvée.

Winery Description
The concept of French Touch originated in the early eighties in the music industry with the famous Palace night club in Paris and a generation of world famous DJs such as David Guetta and Bob Sinclar as well as bands as Daft Punks.
This style developed by those musicians was called the “French touch".
This concept of French Touch can be applied to other fields and fashion is one of them. The unique style of fashion designers such as Coco Chanel, Yves St Laurent ,Christian Dior, and Christian Lacroix to name a few has illuminated the fashion industry for decades.
But the concept of ”French Touch” definitely makes lots of sense in the wine world where there is definitely a “French touch” in the style of French wines versus new world wines.
Less forward fruit, more elegance, balance and complexity.
