Winery Description
Vanessa Cherruau took over the 25 ha estate in 2019, where she produces wines of very high quality. The winery was organic certified in 1995, then in 2008 became biodynamic trough the HVE certification (meaning "high environmental value").
Her objective is to recreate a global ecosystem around the estate through a program of reforestation and reintroduction of biodiversity.
The vinification takes place naturally without any brutal intervention and without any inputs (except for micro-doses of sulfur).
