Tasted in March 2022: Opened 2hrs before but didn’t decant it. Aromas of cherry, leather, mushrooms, cedar and then rose petals. Medium garnet appearance. On the palate, flavor of cherry, red plum, leather and chocolate and and hint of pepper. Really well balanced and with a gentle finish. The flavor did not fade even two hours after opening. A truly great wine.
